Terms of Service
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WealthVantage Pty Ltd ("WealthVantage", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the WealthVantage platform.
1. No Financial Advice
WealthVantage is a deterministic mathematical modelling software designed for complex multi-entity forecasting. The outputs, including statistical valuation channels, watchlist valuation signals, automated email digests, technical telemetry, entity tax estimations, and multi-year trajectory forecasts, are provided strictly for informational and planning purposes. WealthVantage Pty Ltd is not a registered financial adviser, tax agent, or legal counsel. You must consult with a qualified professional before making real-world financial decisions or executing trades.
2. Subscriptions and Cancellation
Access to premium forecasting features requires an active subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. WealthVantage Pty Ltd does not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months or years. Upon cancellation, your access to the subscribed tier will continue until the end of your current active billing cycle (monthly or annual), after which your account will automatically downgrade.
3. Regulatory and Legislative Changes
Our forecasting engine includes logic for proposed legislation, such as future Capital Gains Tax (CGT) indexation reforms. These models are based on current legislative proposals and ATO guidelines at the time of calculation. We make no warranty regarding the final enactment of such laws.
4. User Data Accuracy
The accuracy of our lot-matching algorithms and marginal tax calculations relies entirely on the precision of the data you manually provide or import. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your baseline salary, carried-forward loss balances, and transaction timestamps. WealthVantage Pty Ltd is not liable for taxation discrepancies resulting from inaccurate user inputs.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
