1. Information We Collect (Zero Bank Connections)

We operate on a principle of minimal viable data collection. We intentionally do not utilise Open Banking APIs, nor do we support direct connections to your bank accounts. We collect:

• An email address (which can be pseudonymous) for account authentication and transactional alerts.
• Financial inputs and forecasting scenarios manually generated or explicitly uploaded by you into the platform.
• Routine diagnostic telemetry required for system security and operation.

2. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation & Usage

Your data is housed within a highly secure, multi-tenant Azure cloud environment. Every tax entity, transaction, and forecasting scenario is cryptographically bound to your specific tenant account, physically preventing cross-tenant data bleed. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, email addresses, or financial scenarios to data brokers, advertisers, or any third parties under any circumstances. Data is used exclusively to power your deterministic tax modelling engine.

3. Third-Party Subprocessors

To deliver our service, we utilise enterprise-grade infrastructure partners who act strictly as data processors:

• Microsoft Azure: For secure, isolated database hosting and compute operations.
• Stripe: For encrypted subscription billing. We do not store or process raw credit card data.
• Resend: For routing secure, transactional system communications.
